无界浏览14.03b测试版

一些用户反映，新版（14）在有些情况下无法连接或打不开网页（比如在Linux系统用wine时），可选用“兼容模式”。退出“兼容模式”时，无界浏览会重新启动。请帮助测试并反馈，谢谢。
